My complaint with Elektra Health has to do with their advertisement on Instagram. They offered a free consultation but instead, I had to pay $60 for an unnecessary doctor's visit billed through my health insurance. The initial sign-up process did not clearly delineate that I was signing up for an actual doctor's visit versus a complimentary consultation. So this free consultation became a pricey call! Hopefully, they will fix this on their future IG ads!
