Ordered a sofa and 2 matching chairs from James and Rose after visiting their workshop a couple of times, where we had very pleasant experiences and were able to ask questions direct with the clearly evident professionals. We'd previously bought from a high end manufacturer only 3 years ago and regretted it after year 1 as it was clearly made to a price point. Our furniture arrived a little earlier than original schedule and delivered fully wrapped and protected by a friendly team. We did experience a slight issue with a squeak on the sofa, but they came out next day, inspected it, and fixed it within 2 days. You never want to have an issue, but if you do, its a sign of a great company that takes immediate responsibility and ownership and sorts it (so no middle men who liaise with suppliers and take an age to resolve!).
