Some problems but resolved quickly
Some flowers did arrive on the stated delivery day and they were in passable (not excellent) condition.
The problem was the bouquet was missing a number of the flowers specified in the description (which were the recipient's favourite).
The website's feature to report problems with orders ("Redeem Happiness") does not work at all.
Update: Managed to get through fairly quickly to the chatbot. A replacement was sent out and received two days later and the recipient really loves it!
