Item not received—bad service!!
Ordered a pen on 17th Oct 2023. It was only dispatched on 01 February 2024, and still I have not received my order.

Hi, we were closed from the 15th October and had a clear notice on the website due to warehouse relocation. Tried to email the customer several times regarding the order but since we didnt receive a reply just refunded him. Thanks
