Very poor customer service
I have installed warmup in 2 rooms in my house. The app is really clunky and needs a complete revamp.
My 2 thermostats have stopped working with the app. I am relatively good with tech but couldn’t get them working so called theircustomer support to be told (rather curtly) I needed to send the serial numbers to them via email so they can help. I asked if they could get back to me quickly but was told it would be ‘when they got round to it’ several days later I’m still waiting.. from the other reviews I’ve read Warmup staff are poorly trained and give the customer the impression that we are an after sale’s inconvenience.
