Horrible customer 'care' and they lie through their back teeth...

Our car has been in SORN, they knew this but told us we HAD to keep paying the policy or they would charge us way more than we've already paid. This was SUPPOSED to end April of last year, they're still taking from our DD, it's now Aug. To add insult to injury, when we brought this up to them they said we had no proof, lol and said if we wanted to cancel we'd have to pay for a cancellation fee which is basically going back to where we started with them, almost like ground hog day.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE ROBBERS.

EDIT: IT'S THE 21ST, MAY 2024 AND EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE SAID TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO NOT RENEW, THESE LOSERS HAVE AGAIN TAKEN OUR MONEY OUT TODAY AND OF COURSE THEY'VE HIKED THE PRICE!! THE JOKE... NO CAR SINCE NOV. 2022!!!!!

After getting on them / never letting up, they finally took care of the situation, this was a couple of months after my last edit... the rep was very nice, understood our frustration and paid back all they owed us. All of this could have been alleviated had they taken care of this in the first place. Now, I'd give them 5 stars. :)
