Recently, I contacted the 1Password customer service staff because I needed some assistance making the transition from their Standalone version of 1Password, which I'd been using for many years, to their subscription based system. Their response was immediate, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and generous. And they made the transition smooth, easy and problem free.
