South london branch.

I was with Initial South London for around 6 months where I was put on a route that was left vacant for around 3 months, so it was pretty disgusting to start with.

Everything seemed fine at first but slowly but surely the cracks started appearing, I witnessed and experienced first hand that if your face doesn't fit then your only going to be heading one way! And that was out the door!

The management there moved the goal posts as and when it suited them, training to start off with is via your work phone and there's around 10 hours or so that your expected to do in your own time UNPAID, naturally any other training that comes about is expected as above.

Atmosphere there is so toxic and you know the saying... always comes from above! They've lost some decent people along the way so that must say something!

If they ever reply to this no doubt the answer will be "your given a 6 month probation so the company can see if you fit well into the role" or they'll try word it to make out how the person wasn't a good fit for the role rather then the way the branch handles business.

I even had a accident which wasn't my fault and had NO support whatsoever, the longer you was there the more expectation there was, I had to leave as it was effecting my wellbeing too much. I worked so hard despite the numerous errors from the office side but enough was enough. Pushed to my absolute limits.

I am now in a job where the working environment is second to none to the point Inital wouldn't even be able to come close to, absolutely awful company to work for especially being at the Mitcham branch, where all the expectations are changed weekly to suit the branch managers needs, and if you do anything wrong your blanked and only acknowledged if it's anything that comes within her pay grade otherwise you have her minions to deal with, and to top it all of your forever chasing targets to get nothing apart from grief out of it!

As a company, we work hard to ensure our customers receive the best customer service possible, whilst maintaining our high servicing standards.

Due to resigning prior to your probation review we ensured that Central Operations regularly checked in with you to try and increase your productivity and ensure you meet service targets, which were not on track.

You were primarily under on your timesheet end in 2023 with only a 1 hour over in February. In order to ensure that our Customer Delivery Representatives have full access to their timesheet at all times, all of our colleagues have an app available on their mobiles and are in full control of what is logged.

We take the health and wellbeing of our colleagues very seriously. The accident you were involved in was a minor bump in January with a bus that caused damage to the rear lights on the back quarter. As per your own statement provided for our Health and Safety Manager, your Team Leader checked on your wellbeing and ensured that you were pulled off road, provided work to maintain your hours (as you did not want to go home and lose time) and was the person who suggested you was checked at hospital. The hospital did not sign you off or provide a sick note with any light duties.

This role may not be the right fit for you, and that happens. We wish you well in your future career.
