UPS charged me 357,46 EUR in "custom fees" and then never delivered the package; it was returned to sender in the U.S. I have been trying for weeks to get a reimbursement for the fees, which I am due since the package was never delivered to me, but all claims have been rejected and I'm constantly steered to a different phone number (all pay-by-the-minute lines). UPS is a total scam. Use DHL if you have the option.
