I recently bought a Vertuo machine but am seriously considering returning it.
I knew that pods had to be ordered direct from Nespresso, I was ok with this as I assumed delivery would be fairly quick.
However my order of 9/3 has not been despatched yet, and reading some of the other reviews here it seems I’ll be lucky to receive it at all.
I can’t use my new machine as I’ve no pods and it doesn’t seem I have any other option of getting any.
It seems my best option is to return the machine and replace it with another brand than I can actually use.
And I don’t use social media so can’t contact customer service - I can’t spend ages on the phone waiting to speak to someone either.
So disappointed.
