Absolute shitshow from start to finish. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs!
I booked tickets to Istanbul and noticed on the confirmation email that half of my double-barrelled surname was missing. I queried this with them, and they proceeded to cancel my booking without my knowledge. They then rebooked it, and tried to charge me a £45 cancellation fee! On top of this, they tried on several attempts to charge me various things which resulted in my bank freezing my card. When I spoke to an agent, she said if I didn’t pay, they would deduct it from her salary! Absolute bunch of scammers! I now have a massive battle trying to get my money back from these rip-off merchants. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
