Shame about the delivery driver!
The delivery arrived on time, I assume! I wouldn’t actually know as they never knocked on the door, they just left it outside in the pouring rain on the door step.
Our Evri delivery driver Lucie always does this, despite me mentioning it in my last lot of feedback, she is still continuing to do the same.
It was a £240 air fryer that could have easily been ruined if it go wet and then I would have had another hassle trying to get it replaced.
Last time Lucie mentioned that the house was dark so she assumed we weren’t in, so this time we had the lights on and she still did the same.
We have not asked for items to be left outside the house, we have asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour, but she still insists on leaving it on the door step!
Because of her service I will think twice about buying anything that uses Evri to deliver.
It is such a shame when the job is only about the money and not about the service.
I believe the other Evri delivery driver in our area is good and has great customer services so it is a shame I have to give them this bad review but they did not take serious my last unhappy comments.
