I bought a half boot a month ago which I found uncomfortable so I asked to return it and sent it via DHL which I paid the fees for. It appears as the package already reached their store but I haven’t received any confirmation from them about my refund. I contacted them 4 times asking about the status of my refund and they just don’t reply!
