Handling the complain in professional way - suggestion for improvement
I have received a couple of invoices from this company recently.
After contacting their customer support team, they acted very professionally and canceled the invoices.
I highly appriciate their customer support team, but I hope they can find the source that utilized my company information to register my information to this company.
I believe there should be some sort of restriction or control on the way that one can register/assign a number to a company without the owner allowance.
