I paid to have expedited shipping to receive products for my dog since we were leaving for a long trip. The product was not delivered ( which was FedEx issue) but I have now been trying for weeks to get a refund since I never received product . They keep telling me that they will refund the shipping . They refuse to refund me for product I never received . I can’t comment on the product , but I wouldn’t t buy from them based on their customer service. I’m sure there are plenty of other companies to choose from.
