First issue is that they claim that products are made and shipped in US. They are made in China then shipped to us warehouse. I ordered 2 sweaters over a month ago and have yet to receive them. First they sent me blank tracking numbers and said sometimes it takes a few days to catch up . Then they said delivery attempt was made but no one there. ( I used work address which happens to be a shipping warehouse where there is a receiving department ) . Bottom line I never received goods and they won’t give a refund . Scam company. Do not order. Also note that they delete all customer comments in Facebook and Instagram. .
