Excellent Customer Service
This company has truly excellent customer services, but in my case they were initially let down by their delivery company who left the box on my doorstep on a terrace street with plenty of footfall - not surprisingly the parcel disappeared, but Ironmongery Direct were most apologetic and replaced it without any fuss using a different parcel service.
