Disappointed customers services…

Have used this supplier for a few years with good service.
But not sure what's happened.
My last order was incorrect and had no detailed paperwork in the box ( like normal supplies) So only contact was via email to "customers services" who gave a automated ticket number. That's the last I heard. So after 5 days I tried again, another automated ticket number. Still waiting. No looking at a different supplier

We've been around for 7 years and we'd never scam any customers or leave a customer without their money back.
