Disappointed with service

1st box fantastic
2nd box food was not packed properly meet was not chilled and it was left in sun . I made complaint and was offered £12 off but I had no meet to make my meals and would cost me more to replace. I was offered a full refund . I accepted and have email confirming such but got just £12 not full as promised.
So now I'm not ordering again
