I ordered different sizes so that my son could try on at home. I was sent one pair of trainers in the wrong size. None of the trainers were comfortable for my son so I took them back to a store for a refund and was told they could only give a credit note! This is ridiculous that a store can’t give a refund. It definitely puts me off buying again.
