Do not use this website it is a scam! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered an embroidered bag for my daughter as a gift for finishing her college year and the item didn't arrive and the status remained as it processing, never as dispatched. I made enquiries and got a response saying they process orders in chronological order and to wait a further period of time. I waited again and still no item. I contacted again to request a refund and was told I would receive one. No refund. After chasing this up again, still no refund. Total scammers! Do not use!
