Lost items, bad communication
Ordered two separate items from their Norwegian and Swedish shops to each respective country. Somehow the orders got messed up, both got sent to Sweden and one got lost. Thankfully got a refund for both. This created a stressful situation before our trip. I've ordered from OutNorth before several times, without issues, with the occasional hiccup. Communication between Swedish and Norwegian shops could be much better, as it was abysmal, and full of misinformation e.g.: "your item will arrive tomorrow", when it's going the opposite direction. My theory is summer time means short-staffing.
