Complaint dealt with quickly
Ordered my dress a week ago, had no dispatched email or any update. Amanda who dealt with my complaint was professional and sincerely sorry about this incident.
My complaint was dealt with very quickly and my dress was sent next day delivery.
Would order again after how quick it was dealt with as the dresses are beautiful.

There was a stock discrepancy on this order and the warehouse should have emailed about this.
We have searched under the email on the order and nothing has been received otherwise the Customer Care Team would have responded as we are currently answering within 24 hours.
