Good service to purchase insurance but dreadful in trying to contact company about a claim

I have just tried to call you to discuss your recent review about out claims service
First of all, we would like to thank you for your patience and wanted to let you know why there have been delays in the review of your recent claim.
Our claims are handled by industry experts however they are experiencing difficulties as consequence of recent surges in Covid 19 infection rates. This is an industry wide issue however please be assured we are working hard to assess all customer claims as quickly as possible.
I am sorry that we have not been able to meet your expectations at this time, and once again I’d like to thank you for your patience.
