Absolutely disgusting customer service from the owner Claire Gill as she shouted at me down the phone and told me lies.. leading to her putting the phone down on me because I told her I’ve been in touch with trading standards and we are entitled to a 100% price reduction. Baring in mind she told me she’s friends with trading standards. The shutter is faulty and we’ve have constantly been delayed for a repair after phoning so many times.. so that’s why I got in touch with trading standards who are aware of this poor service from Claire and just blinds. Now we are still being delayed and having to take it further with trading standards! I wouldn’t waste your time and money with this appalling company!!!
