I paid for the books to be delivered in two days and it’s been a week now. I keep getting assured by both Polyteknisk and PostNord that they will come the next day after I call them and they’re not coming

We are very sorry to hear this. We will investigate what is the problem and make sure your books are delivered as soon as is possible. Should the parcel have been lost in transit, we will send a new parcel tomorrow morning.
