Although the gentleman from SSE (Andy) did not solve the problem of my VoIP calls cutting out, he was very helpful and tried a number of different ways to sort it out. He has agreed to contact me tomorrow morning (Saturday) to continue investigating the problem. He appreciates that our SSE phone service is not working properly and seems determined to get to the bottom of it.
