I would love to review the products…
I would love to review the products that Dusk have kindly invited me to review despite them not even being dispatched! We ordered two bed sheets in December however noticed last week they are still yet to be shipped so dropped an email to customer services. They advised me that ‘as I was informed and also displayed on my order confirmation this is a pre order’ to which 1) I would have not ordered if this was the case as we needed one quickly! And 2) our order email states that it will ship in three to five days with no pre order mention. A cursory glance of their website after this advised the same product was due in 10-13 weeks and now has disappeared completely! I have not heard from their customer service since replying but have purchased a very nice one from M&S for the same price which I am now considering getting a refund and getting some more from there!
