Brilliant company to deal with. Ordered our day 2 lateral flow tests which then had to be changed to pcr, allowed to pay the difference in price to have them changed over no problem. Tests done and sent back on return home, results came back within stated time frame. Special shout out to customer service team who always answered emails within 1hr
