low signal if you are outside of Copenhagen
I'm at the herlev hospital and I have only 1 bar out of 4 on my iPhone.
this is not good at all.

Will you please write an e-mail to our customer service: suppport@greentel.dk with your phone number so we can help you to get a better signal?
You can fx turn on the Wi-Fi and VoLTE calling function on your phone. It can give you a better signal when you are in a low signal area.
