Very very poor customer service will…

Very very poor customer service will never use ever again
needed to make a slight amendment no reply to my email after 5 days and no answer on the phone after 4 hours hold- had o purchase another kit. you would have thought that with the fortune they are making with 2 seconds tests they could hire more customer service staff.
