Stay clear parcel2go & DPD
I would recommend staying well clear of using Parcel2go for european deliveries. They own DPD and they are the worst provider. We returned a mattress to Italy. Next thing we know an email to inform me it is
1) Held at customs
2) Damaged
3) 6-8 weeks to be returned to me.
I followed everything parcel2go said to the letter. They are quick to take your money, but slow to provide proper service. There is no customer service, only a clueless text person no option to speak to someone. This has been stressful and frustrating.
