Generally good but need to make policy cancellation easier.
Generally good. Get a little expensive for older products and seemingly make it deliberately difficult to cancel a policy renewal. You can't do this simply via the website and they hide the web form and e-mail addresses. They want you to telephone when (if they eventually answer the phone) they will no doubt try to dissuade you.
If they were more open and fairer on policy cancellations the I would give 4* .
