On the 26th June 2020 my Airline advised me they had cancelled my flight due to Covid, they told me to ask GOTOGATE to request a full refund on my behalf, this I did.
On the 14th February 2021 my Airline gave a full refund to GOTOGATE intended to be returned to me, 9 months have now passed an I still have not received my refund of £349.97.
GOTOGATE have now removed my details from their website effectively closing my case and pocketing my refund...DO NOT USE GOTOGATE, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MONEY.
