This whole process couldn't have been easier. In the shop all of our questions were answered but we were also given space to browse and think about our choice. Once we had decided and we had accepted the quoted price then fitting was arranged straight away - and we didn't have to wait very long at all. The fitters arrived exactly at the time advised and had removed the old carpet and fitted the new all in about an hour. The new carpet looks brilliant and we liked the fact that they hoovered up after them and reused the existing gripper rods etc wherever possible.
We will definitely be coming back to Richard and CK Carpets in the future - we couldn't have had a better standard of service!
