If I could award virgin experience days 0 star I would. Having purchased a voucher for my husband, it was extended because of covid. On trying to activate it the merchant wasnt recognising the voucher. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone anymore at Virgin and the contact centre for Virgin is a poor joke. They dont answer emails so here I am with a nearly £200 voucher out of pocket and cannot use it. NEVER AGAIN!
