lacks transparency

poor functionality app and even worse business ethics, system lacks transparency. i’m struggling to see how they have won awards for a gen z app. try unsubscribing from their emails and see how far you get.

*update* your supposition that my complaint is related to the inability to unsubscribe from the torrent of emails you saturate my inbox with is erroneous. your response doesn’t address the issues with your lack of transparency. if anyone using your platform uses clicks the ‘view market data’ to check asks, bids or sales they will see that there are prices on there which are not possible to select. your platform should be regulated. i feel you are manipulating data and trying to justify it with the inclusion of sales data from other platforms yet you fail to disclose what those platforms are.

additionally, as a vendor, it is not possible to select specific bids. i sent three separate support tickets with this respect and received an equally ambiguous response each time as you have done with this complaint.

your ethics are flawed, your app is flawed, and finally it seems the public are starting to realise this as demonstrated with the increasing number of poor reviews you are now getting.
