I purchased 2 tickets for the van gogh…

I purchased 2 tickets for the van gogh experience,in November 2021. Received confirmation by email but on the Fever app no tickets in my 'contactless account'. I have emailed 3 times and just received an auto response. Very worried I have been conned.

Hello! Bear in mind that you must log into the app with the same email address associated to your purchase. That is, the email address where you got the confirmation email sent to. If you still have trouble accessing your tickets and you have already contacted our customer service department, rest assured that one of our agents will get back to you soon and help you access your tickets :)
