The email setup is appalling. This is why:
When I try to reply to a message, the previous message is brought up instead of the one I want to reply to.
The messages are lumped together and each one often under the heading of the wrong sender
Editing contacts is a nightmare
Sometimes I can't delete a message and get an error message.
I've given BT a one star review because Trustpilot doesn't have zero star option. Fix it now.
