The plaque looked excellent when it first arrived, unfortunately the screw fo securing where not very good.
Despite drilling bore holes, the head of one of the screws broke off while fixing, which caused final problems of secure fixing.
After only a week the plaque was slightly tarnished
The service from the office was excellent

I am sorry that you had problems fixing the plaque, we supply hundreds of bench plaques each month and rarely have issues with the screws
With regards to the tarnishing we do advise that this will occur in the web site description, the following is an extract
Ideally suited for either interior or exterior use however they will tarnish with time and location, regular cleaning with a recognised polish will create a patina on the surface that will delay the rate of tarnish.
