Damaged or wrong items and poor packaging.

Wrong item delivered twice and when on the third occasion I received the correct product some parts were missing and the item was damaged.Packaging was inadequate for shipping which I think needs to be improved.
On the plus side the customer services were excellent and I eventually got the products ordered in acceptable condition.
