If you keep opening investigations and…

If you keep opening investigations and limiting accounts of honest customers, it's not because you have to because you're part of FCA. It's because your automatic fraud-detection algorithm doesn't work, and you prefer harassing people rather than fix it.
Stop denying this, other banks are doing better on this and are not harassing honest customers. And they are part of FCA too.
We are not a marginal problem - this can happen to any of your customers at any time.

Under current regulations, we must do our due diligence to ensure that all funds are legitimate. Occasionally, the process for verifying your funds can take slightly longer than expected.
