Our holiday to the Caribbean
Our holiday to the Caribbean was cancelled a week before we were due to leave (mid May) and they offered us a Chance to re book (plus 8000 air miles) the same holiday next year or a refund.we wanted to give a little forbearance so completed the form requesting them to call us to re-book, but they have completely ignored us! Shame on you Virgin Holidays. Next time British Airways!!!
