Like everyone else i am still waiting…
Like everyone else i am still waiting for a refund, cancelled the flight 14th April and was sent an email hoping that i would take a voucher, you had to phone and ask for the refund. Was told not a problem should be processed in 14 days. Phoned them twice now and yes it has been escalated, but still 6 weeks on and no refund.
I am off work on a reduced wage and need the money but do Aer Lingus care, i think not. I understand the difficult times for business but six weeks and still waiting, really.
