As a mobile locksmith I rely on my deliveries being on time, I ordered a part on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday however it failed to turn up,on the tracking app it just said delayed, I contacted my supplier who contacted DHL and they were told it had been lost and it could take 24/48 hours to find, this leaves my customer with a door that is not properly secured, and me with a possible cancellation,a service I would not recommend.
