Fake GENESIS CASINO....BEWARE

I have registered for the first time with this Casino on Monday.

Before making deposit I was informed by their officer that I will get separate credit of bonus in bonus section and I will use real money first to start with.

However after deposit was made I realised that it was STICKY bonus.

The first officer I had a chat with gave me 100 per cent false information and that's why I deposited money with this Casino. I wasted my money with them, else I would deposit money with good casino and earn good bonus of 4000.

Further I didn't even get CASH BACK on Tuesday, which I should get of 10 per cent as I had forfeited my bonus and played with REAL money but when contacted your chat team today they said they will give next week.

This is ridiculous way of showing fake promotion of bonus offers.

Further when contacted chat support team ( Mr Adrian ) literally emphasised on closure of my account without resolving my pending issues and now they have blocked my chat Option and even not responding my mails on my pending issues.

Totally disgusting and unprofessional way of treating new customers.

INDIAN CUSTOMERS ..... WARNING .....DONT FALL PRAY TO GENESIS CASINO. THEY ARE SIMPLY CHEATERS

Sorry but none of your Officers are replying my mails also you all have blocked my chat option and this you call friendly & polite services.

Sorry it seems you are mistaken but me.

Resolve my complaint, review my very FIRST chat and then conclude. Don't jump onto wrong conclusion unlike your colleagues.
