The mattress is good, soft yet firm. The service, and the company attempts to accomodate and compensate were great. They really did their best. But, the 2x2 meter mattress STANK! It smelled so bad the first few nights that I simply couldn't sleep on it. We had to wash the cover it comes with, and all the windows had to be open for days, before it was bearable. I would honestly say it required 2-3 weeks of airing out. I cannot say what, in the production process, causes that smell, but it was truly obnoxious. Nor was there any mention of an possible odor i any of the materials we received. The company promised us they would include information about this, in future deliveries, but I don't know if that has occurred. The mattress is good. We sleep well. But you must be aware of the smell in the foam that will will penetrate your bedroom for the first number of nights. Caveat emptor!
