I have deposited INR 600 as on 17th Dec and despite sharing Screenshot with all support team( Chat/ Mail/Contact us) amount is not yet credited.

Support team gives no support or help to their VIP CUSTOMERS, then I think no Point in depositing money with such a poorly manages betting company.

Let's move on to Betrally or Bet365 or Showlion who are quicker enough to respond to customers and resolve within 24 hours.

Further received call from Mr Rohit who promised credit within 30 minutes and already 3 hours passed but no credit given yet.

1X team pls stop giving false promises atleast to VIP customers like me.

Further to our discussion I had asked for a compensation of 6000 INR for delay of 48 hours in crediting my amount which is not yet done.

For your information I will not be depositing any amount further till the time I get desired compensation of 6000INR.
