unacceptable charges
would be 0 stars but not an option, my membership is due to end so I cancelled my DD plus the gym I went to was appalling and was never cleaned in the year I have been there, this has caused me on going ear and chest infections so I was unable to go since April 2019. I received a text from Harland's to say I owed £10. I have never missed a payment in 12 month. I tried to pay via the link sent but it did not work, I tried to pay online but it did not recognise me so therefore could not pay. I phoned customer services today and I was informed I now owe £35 due to a £25 charge for missed payment. I have not received any correspondence stating I would be charged. Customer services would not accept my £10 payment as I disputed the charges, the advisor was not interested. I was informed I was sent an Email in September 2018 stating terms and conditions but I did not, I have emailed Harland's but as yet have not had any response No doubt they will wait until the charges mount up before contacting me.
