Renewed with Simplicity after market comparison - Very straight forward and transparent process - Always happy to use web site e.g. give readings (The builder (2018) of our new home installed smart meter 1 not 2 so when we changed from EON it does not work!! We await smart meter 2 installation
Had query today on the account - Chelsea was brilliant in sorting everything
